How do we book a photo session with you?
You can book a session by clicking on the contact me link below this page. From there, we will discuss your availability, vision, confirm pricing, location, and all the little details to make your session smooth and perfect.
What should we wear for our session?
Wear whatever makes you comfortable and feel your best. If you need help coordinating outfits, feel free to reach out any time and I will be more than happy to help!
How long does it take to get our photos?
Photos will be sent via online gallery within 4-8 weeks of the day of the shoot. Weddings, elopements, and engagements, expect around the 8 week mark whereas couples minis, couples portraits, and maternity are typically around the 4 week mark.
What's your cancellation policy?
Booking and Retainer
A 25% retainer is required to secure your session date and is applied to your total session fee. The retainer is non-refundable, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in the agreement.
Client Cancellations
If you need to cancel your session, please notify me in writing as soon as possible. The retainer will be retained upon cancellation. Any additional payments will be handled according to the cancellation terms in your signed agreement and applicable by law.
Rescheduling
I understand that unexpected things happen! Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge within at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Requests made within less than 72 hours' notice may be treated as a cancellation unless an exception is approved.
Weather and Emergencies
For outdoor sessions affected by unsafe weather, I will work with you to arrange an alternative date. In the event of a genuine emergency or circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control, we will work together on a fair solution.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond that time may result in a shortened session or cancellation, depending on the schedule. Clients who do not show up without notice forfeit their retainer, and a new retainer will be required to book another session.
